A newsletter storefront that books sponsors for you

Replace the "Advertise with us" email and the PDF media kit with one shareable sponsorship booking page. Brands see your audience, pick a pack, choose a date and pay, and you approve the booking.

What is a newsletter storefront?

A newsletter storefront is a public sponsorship booking page where a newsletter shows its audience, its sponsorship packages and their prices, and lets brands book and pay for a placement directly. On LetterBid, every newsletter gets a free storefront with its own shareable link, and brands can book from it without creating an account first.

Most creators sell sponsorships through an inquiry form or an email address in the footer. That works until it doesn't: every lead asks for your rates, half of them disappear after seeing the numbers, and the ones who stay still need an invoice, a creative brief and a date. A storefront answers those questions before anyone hits reply.

Your LetterBid storefront sits inside the marketplace, so brands running campaigns can find it, and it also works on its own. Put the link in your footer, your "Sponsor" page, your social bio or a reply to an inbound lead, and every booking still comes with held payment, a delivery report and a monthly payout.

Everything a sponsor needs on one page

Your own shareable link: Share your storefront anywhere, inside or outside LetterBid. Storefronts are public by design, so brands can find them from your site, your newsletter or search.

Packs and bundles with prices: List a dedicated email, a sponsored ad and a banner ad at your own prices, and combine them into bundles. Brands see exactly what they get before they book.

Audience at a glance: Your storefront shows your description, categories, frequency, subscribers, open rate and audience countries, plus your Verified badge if you have one.

LetterBid verified results: After 3 tracked campaigns, your storefront can show averages from past sponsorships, measured by LetterBid with bots and repeat clicks removed. Proof, not promises.

Past sponsors, filled in for you: Brands you complete campaigns with through LetterBid are added to your storefront automatically, so new sponsors can see who already trusted you.

Storefront statistics: Track views, unique visitors, pack and bundle clicks, shares and traffic sources over 7, 30 or 90 days, so you know which links and offers bring sponsors in.

Set up your sponsorship booking page

1. Complete your newsletter profile: Add your description, categories, frequency and audience numbers. Your storefront becomes public and shareable once your profile is 100% complete.

2. Add packs and set prices: Choose the placements you sell, write a short headline and description for each, and set a price of at least $50. A live calculator shows what you earn.

3. Set your booking rules: Choose your minimum notice, the days you send, categories you don't accept and dates you are unavailable. Booked dates block themselves automatically.

4. Share the link and get booked: Brands pick a pack and a date. You accept, decline or counter. Once accepted, the brand pays, LetterBid holds the money and you get paid after delivery.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a storefront and a media kit?

A media kit describes your newsletter and lists your rates. A storefront does that and lets brands book and pay on the spot. On LetterBid it also shows your Verified badge, past sponsors and, after 3 tracked campaigns, verified results from previous sponsorships.

Can brands book from my storefront without a LetterBid account?

Yes. A brand can open your storefront link, choose a pack and a date, and confirm their email with a code at the end, which creates their brand account. You still review and accept the booking before they pay.

Can I share my storefront outside LetterBid?

Yes, that is what it is for. Add the link to your newsletter footer, your website's sponsor page, your social profiles or your replies to inbound requests. Every booking made through it is protected the same way as a marketplace booking.

Does my storefront cost anything?

No. Creating a storefront is free and there is no subscription. LetterBid keeps 25% of each completed sponsorship, and you receive the other 75%, paid via Stripe on the 15th of each month once your balance is at least $100.

Why isn't my storefront live yet?

Storefronts become public and shareable once your newsletter profile is 100% complete. Packs or bundles priced under the $50 minimum are also hidden from booking until you update the price.

Can I stop brands booking dates I'm not available?

Yes. In booking settings you set your minimum notice, the days you send and any blocked dates. Dates that are already booked block automatically, and nothing can be booked less than 48 hours ahead.

Do I have to accept every booking from my storefront?

No. Every request reaches you as an offer you can accept, decline or counter. Brands only pay after you accept, so nothing is charged for bookings you turn down.
